Signature Workshops

In order for teams and organizations in social justice to achieve long-term impact, they must integrate wellbeing practices, self-awareness, and interior development to sustain them when the work seems impossible. Investing in the wellbeing of our social justice community is critical to collectively achieve our long-term vision of social justice.

We will work with you to ensure our offering is tailored to your organization, team, or audience:

  • Circles International’s keynotes speeches and interactive workshops have been led virtually and in-person, at conferences, team retreats, and other events.

  • Workshops can be tailored to specific needs, and can be facilitated as one-hour, three-hour, or full-day workshops, or as a workshop series.

  • We will also ensure that your speaker or facilitator is the right fit for you - whether it’s Circles International founder and CEO Eliza Ramos or another qualified of our team.

Collective Leadership & Collective Impact

Traditional models of control and comply leadership will not work to solve today’s problems. Leaders need to energize each other with mutual trust, accountability, and honest communication. This interactive Collective Leadership and Collective Impact workshop will open you up to new ways of leading with others.

Skills-Building for Teams:

Secondary Trauma, Resilience, & Preventing Burnout

Teams who work in the social justice and nonprofit space have an unsaid job function: cope with the individual and systemic trauma and stress that comes from working in the field. Knowing how to manage secondary trauma internally in the organization and externally in the community is a skillset that can be and must be learned. "Emotional First Aid" is needed now more than ever. This team coaching series provides teams with skills to respond to secondary trauma, cultivate resilience and prevent burnout in themselves, their organization, and in the communities they work with.

Authentic Leadership

This workshop provides concrete tools and practices for the impactful non-profit leader. This workshop helps participants gain a deeper understanding of their strengths and growth edges in order build or rework teams to compliment each other. This process helps managers operate a workplace more efficiently with less conflict.

Creativity Workplace

This workshop uses evidence-based tools and practices from neuroscience and psychology research to engage the creative part of the brain. Participants will learn how their own creativity can lead to effective solutions and maximize impact on teams and in workplaces.

Conflict Resolution

Conflict is a natural part of the cycle of growth and improvement, whether interpersonal or organization-wide. This workshop guides participants through a structured and mindful approach to addressing conflict. Tools rooted in non-violent communication and negotiation are integrated with the participants’ real-life scenarios, so that you are prepared to enter any situation with calm and ease.
