Resilience coaching is a branch of leadership coaching that supports leaders in service-oriented roles to prevent burnout and sustain long-term impact. Our aim is to create a confidential, reflective space through personalized one-on-one support. One-to-one resilience coaching allows the client to discuss their personal and professional challenges in a confidential space with a certified Coach, and leave being able to apply and utilize concrete tools to build greater resilience and impact going forward.
One-to-one resilience coaching involves personalized, confidential sessions by phone or video chat with Circles International’s trained Resilience Coaching team. Alongside group webinars and workshops, this individualized support can allow participants to work through their unique context and challenges, and leave each session able to apply and utilize concrete tools to build greater resilience and impact going forward.
Group Resilience Coaching brings together a community of peers within a similar vocation, organizational setting, identity or experience to form a circle of support. Resilience coaching in a group setting uses a process of shared exploration around personal and vocational questions and challenges. Our group coaching follows a proven Contemplative Circles model, founded on wisdom traditions and practices that emphasize create a restorative and neutral space for supportive discernment and community.
Resilience coaching groups, or pods, meet monthly in small groups, in-person or via Zoom over a series of 6-12 months. Each session is facilitated by a member of our Resilience Coaching team, trained in a combination of coaching, leadership development, psychology, counseling, adult education and spiritual direction.
