Sarah (she/her) is the Operations Manager at Circles International, where she works on finance, people operations, and strategy. Prior to joining Circles International, Sarah spent a decade supporting the leadership development of rising global health professionals, with a focus on systems-building, process improvement, user experience, and grant writing. She received a B.A. in Psychology from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN, where a central component of her education was her work with GlobeMed, a student organization working alongside communities around the world towards health equity. Her full resume includes time spent as a farmhand, teaching sailing, and managing staffing for DIII collegiate athletics.

Creative practices are a vital part of Sarah's life - when not at work she can be found knitting, dyeing yarn, quilting, choral singing, or cooking. Otherwise, look for her on a trail near her home in the San Juan Mountains.
