 Beyond Self Care:
Radical Resilience for Social Justice

Join this five-week journey that will support social justice leaders, activists and practitioners to cultivate wellbeing, prevent burnout and learn skills and tools to sustain the impact of themselves and those around them.

Based on the latest in neuroscience, somatic methods, and century-old wisdom traditions, this experiential and community-based program connects you with like-minded changemakers to sustain yourself for the long-haul.

Applicants living in Alameda County, Bay Area, and who identify as a person of color, recent immigrant or refugee, are especially encouraged to apply.

About the Program
