Training

Staff Capacity Building: Teams who work in social justice and with marginalized communities are often asked to confront interpersonal and systemic trauma on a daily basis. We train both frontline staff and leadership on topics such as trauma-informed engagement, recognizing and caring for secondary trauma, supporting others in times of crisis, and emotional first aid, so that they can best support their peers and communities they serve, while also preventing burnout in themselves.
