Neftalí Vélez is the founder of Spirit Panda Coaching, a firm dedicated to helping young adults integrate into work and life with confidence and direction while leveraging the best of their sensitivity temperaments.

As an accomplished engineer and sales representative, Neftalí felt deeply unhappy and insecure in his first jobs. He had the external badges of what success “should” look like, but he knew deep down that something was missing. Frustrated with the nagging self-doubt, Neftalí turned to his highly intuitive and empathetic self-awareness skills to discover his true nature and the impact he was meant to make in the world.

Today Neftalí uses his background in engineering, sales, and coaching to support young professionals to gain clarity on what matters most and build the confidence to create the life they love. He believes that high sensitivity is a superpower that can be fine-tuned for creative energy and living life to the fullest. Neftalí is bilingual (English & Spanish), and holds a double B.S. in Civil Engineering and Land Surveying from The University of Puerto Rico, Campus of Mayagüez, and is a graduate of The Coaches Institute (CTI) from San Rafael, California. He is a certified ThetaHealer Practitioner and is a trained Crisis Counselor. Originally from Canóvanas, Puerto Rico, he currently resides in San Francisco, California, where he can be found cooking for friends, traveling far and wide, and caught in deep thought and conversations about coaching and social activism.
