Managing Director
Circles International is recruiting for an equity and justice-oriented Managing Director who is passionate about cultivating resilience and emotional wellbeing in the social justice space. The primary focus of this role is to oversee Circles’ internal operations, including people operations: providing strategy, development and management to Circles’ consulting team. The secondary focus is to serve in a leadership role within Circles’ consulting work, meeting with clients and advising on how to customize services and curriculum to meet each client’s unique needs.
Circles International is at a pivotal stage in our growth - our CEO and consulting team have been delivering high-impact resilience and wellbeing curricula to our partners for the past 5 years, and with more and more organizations recognizing the need to invest in their teams’ emotional wellbeing, we are poised to expand our impact. This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage organization to grow our impact while maintaining the quality of each unique partnership. Ultimately, having the right person in this growing leadership role will enable our CEO to devote more time to the thought leadership - speaking and writing opportunities - needed to continue to foster understanding of the need for healing justice. The position reports directly to the CEO, while managing and collaborating closely with various team members.
