Katie Latiolait is the Managing Director & Project Manager for Circles International. She is an experienced project manager, client success manager and team leader. Most recently Katie worked in software organizations serving various niche industries. She also has experience in organizational culture and leadership consulting. With her diverse background, Katie brings a unique perspective of the impact created by a fully supported and fulfilled staff. Katie enjoys working with clients to understand their needs, create action plans, and work with them to bring those plans to life. Katie’s co-worker and partner in crime is her cat, Jesse Pinkman, who also loves to meet new people and even sometimes will join the conversation. 

When Katie is not working with our clients, you will usually find her in the kitchen baking bread or experimenting with new recipes. She also enjoys tending to her growing plant collection, exploring Oregon’s wine country, and frequenting some of her favorite local eateries.
