Kate has over ten years' experience working with mission-driven businesses in the United States and Latin America. Kate specializes in non-profit operations and risk analysis, as well as M&E and systems strategy for mission-driven organizations. As Director of Operations, Kate oversees human resources, financial planning, systems, impact monitoring, strategic planning, and operations for Circles International.

Kate has worked with the Research Center in Leadership in Action at New York University, focusing on non-profit organizational management; with Kiva.org, where she conducted organizational and financial risk analysis for social impact investments throughout the Americas; and most recently with CultureSeed, developing protocols and standardization for operations and human resources. In her spare time, you'll find her hiking around the Columbia River Gorge, serving the White Salmon City Council’s climate change & diversity and inclusion task force, and puttering in her garden.
