Our coaching approach is based on the methodologies of spiritual direction, an individualized practice that explores and deepens the leader’s relationship with themselves, their community, and a broader sense of wonder and mystery.
Clients often report a deeper sense of purpose, motivation, joy and creativity in their work after working with a coach or spiritual director, as well as a deeper awareness of themselves and their personal and professional growth journeys.

Our signature Resilience and Wellbeing workshop series provides tools and resources for social justice leaders and practitioners to sustain their impact in times of uncertainty, overwhelm and grief.

We're so honored to be a part of 1440 Multiversity's Healing our Healthcare Heroes, and proud to share the important work of this program supporting our world's healthcare providers - heroes - at this crucial time. Healing Our Healthcare Heroes is a 1440 Multiversity community advocacy program that provides frontline medical workers a path to recovery from the stress and anxiety of everyday work borne from the COVID-19 pandemic.
