Operations & Events Intern
The Operations & Events Intern will have internally and externally facing responsibilities in event planning, operations, and communications to support Circles International’s day-to-day operations and growth.
Scope may include, but is not limited to:
Planning large-scale events and retreats, including management of logistics and event details
Attending and providing support at workshops, trainings and events
Working closely with CEO on accounts management and tracking
Supporting CEO and advisors on development strategy and stewardship
Creating back-end systems and structures to support work flow; administrative support as needed
As a member of a small collaborative team, the Operations & Events Intern will provide cross-cutting operational support Circles’ main programs. These includes activities such as preparing for, attending, and being willing to provide support at workshops, events, and trainings.
The Operations Intern will report directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate has strong self-management capabilities, remarkable organization skills, a can-do attitude, detail orientation, and excellent people skills. You will thrive on our team if you are comfortable working in an early stage start up organization where you can build systems and processes, and if you are highly self-managed.
