Charlotte Herring

Charlotte Herring is a board-certified nurse practitioner and mind-body medicine provider. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Brain, Behavior, and Cognitive Sciences, and later obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from New York University followed by a Masters in Nursing from the University of California-San Francisco.
Charlotte is committed to increasing access to quality mental health care worldwide, as well as facilitating her clients’ connections between mind, body, and spirit. She is currently training to become a Certified Health Coach through the National Society of Health Coaches, and is also a trained provider through the Center for Mind-Body Medicine, a 200-hour registered yoga teacher (200-RYT), and a strong advocate for meditation and mindfulness practices.
Charlotte has worked in a variety of settings as a clinician, coach, and mentor. She currently works as a telepsychiatry provider for a mental health start-up platform (www.getcerebral.com), as well as in primary & urgent care telemedicine as a nurse practitioner. She has also worked on projects in Honduras, Bangladesh, Greece, and Myanmar. Charlotte is passionate about providing warm, non-judgmental, holistically-focused mental health coaching. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, discovering new music, reading, yoga, and taking DJ lessons.
